How weekly cashback works
The 93ok VIP cashback system is calculated based on each week's net losses. Net loss means what remains after subtracting your total winnings from your total losses for that week. Cashback applies only in weeks where you have a net loss — no cashback is given in weeks where you finish in profit.
Every Monday, the previous week's cashback is calculated and added to your account. This cashback is available as usable balance and can be used on slots or any other game.
The cashback rate varies by tier — up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.5% for Silver and 0.8% for Gold. The word "up to" is important: it is the maximum rate for that tier, and you must be at that tier to receive the full amount.
Say a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week:
That is ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback — the maximum possible at the Silver tier.
How to move to a higher tier
Tier upgrades in the 93ok VIP program do not depend on a specific deposit or bet amount — they are determined by your overall activity and participation on the platform.
Playing regularly, taking part across different game categories and staying consistently active creates the opportunity for a tier upgrade. Everything from live table games at 93ok Casino to slots counts toward your participation.
Once you reach a tier, maintaining it also matters. Prolonged inactivity may cause your tier to drop. Staying consistently active is therefore the key to holding a higher tier.
Your cashback rate differs at each tier, so your benefits grow as you move up. Visit the terms and conditions page for full details.

Cashback is not a reason to play more
Weekly cashback is a benefit — it should never be used as a reason to play more or place larger bets. Avoid the mindset that you need to lose in order to earn cashback.
If gaming is for enjoyment, keep it that way. Set a budget, stay within your limits and avoid placing extra bets to recover losses.
